Join us for the 4th Annual Ride for Two Rivers (Click here to register now)! This benefit ride for the National Forest Foundation is scheduled for Saturday, June 7 and will take participants up the scenic McKenzie Pass.
This fully supported ride gives cyclists the opportunity to see an extremely unique, historic, part of Oregon – and the best part – the McKenzie Pass (Oregon Highway 242) is not yet open to vehicle traffic! Ride one of the most scenic highways in Oregon without vehicles!
All riders will have an option to stay in Sisters and enjoy a Farm to Table style dinner at FivePine Lodge & Conference Center. The Happy Girls Run Sisters is an express trail half marathon and 5K on-road run for women taking place in beautiful Sisters, Oregon. Bring your daughter, sister, aunt, mom or best friend and make it a fabulous Fall weekend in Sisters. The half marathon is sold out, but there is still space available for the 5k.
The Happy Girls Run Sisters half marathon is the “trail” version of the extremely popular Happy Girls Run in Bend. The course takes racers through mainly single-track dirt trails, rolling hills and forest areas of the picturesque Peterson Ridge trail system, just outside of Sisters. This half marathon is an “express” race, meaning that participants enjoy a mostly downhill course and speedy running times. The 5K road race winds through scenic downtown Sisters on roads and paved trails, ending at the FivePine/Three Creeks Brewery campus.
Participants will enjoy a fabulous women’s expo and packet pickup at Five Pine Lodge and Spa, a party at Three Creeks Brewery, and the Sisters Stroll through downtown Sisters. The winners of both the half marathon and 5K races will receive a night’s stay at the beautiful Five Pine Lodge, a one-hour massage at Shibui Spa, and dinner for two at Three Creeks Brewery.
Connecting, Inside and Out: A Yoga Retreat in the heart of Central Oregon, November 16th – November 19th

Join us for 4 days and 3 nights of active fun, restful contemplation, and connecting to nature, all from the comfort of the beautiful FivePine Lodge. Yoga Instructor Kate Holly will lead two yoga sessions a day (all levels active flow in the mornings, restorative yoga in the afternoons). In between sessions participants can enjoy group mountain bike rides led by Joel Holly, or choose to experienceShibui Spa, Sisters Movie House, or one of Sisters many other delightful attractions.
This retreat is appropriate for adventurous beginners to yoga, as well as experienced yogis wishing to take their practice to a deeper place. This is also an opportunity for those who are new to mountain biking to experience beautiful beginner-friendly rides on the Peterson Ridge trail with a competent guide. We believe that yoga and cycling make an excellent complement to one another, and encourage participants to try one or both. Please come prepared with warm clothing for outdoor fun.
Kate Holly is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and owner of Portland based studio, Yoga Refuge (www.yogarefugepdx.com). She has been practicing yoga since 1999, and teaching since 2003. She has studied with a variety of influential teachers, including Richard Freeman, Paul Grilley, Noah Maze, Ada Lusardi, Todd Jackson and Sarahjoy Marsh. Her classes focus on finding alignment from the inside out, with the ultimate goal of self-knowledge and self-love. Her yoga is modern, accessible and focused on the unique interaction of each individual to their own practice.
Joel Holly is a Central Oregon native, a League of American Bicyclists certified cycling instructor and an avid mountain biker. Joel has been a board member and volunteer with Portland’s Northwest Trail Alliance and has worked with them to increase trail access to bikes.
