Three Creeks Brewing Company is now open. Located in the heart of Craft Beer country, we are excited to bring our unique creations to a well educated beer culture while taking advantage of our location which boasts some of the purest water in the nation. The 6000 square foot facility provides a full restaurant, 10 barrel brewing system, a large yet comfortable bar area complete with large screen plasma TV’s and two pool tables and a large patio for the enjoyment of our hand crafted ales during summer.

Thyme at FivePine is located in Sisters on the FivePine campus, next to the Sisters Athletic Club. We serve dinner offering a wide variety of menu items at affordable prices. You can taste the pride of ownership the chef takes when creating menu selections such as; Lavender-pepper Crusted Filet Mignon, Roasted Muscovy Duck Breast, Seared Sea Scallops Au Citron, or Gnocchi Romano. Sit next to the fireplace or “under the stars” in our comfortable, smoke-free lounge. You can also count on catching a beautiful sunset while dining outdoors on our heated patio.
